Do you work with first time home buyers?

Yes! I love providing my services to first-time home buyers. Providing education and guiding you through one of the most important purchases in your life is something I love to do.

Should I buy or continue to rent?

Renting a home definitely has its time and place. Many couples start off renting an apartment or a house because they don’t have the credit history needed to qualify for a mortgage. Some may prefer the lack of repair bills that come along with renting and the lower monthly costs, which may allow them to save up for a down payment on a home of their own. Truthfully, with rising rent costs expected to reach a 7% increase this year, there are many great starter homes available in our area with a monthly mortgage that is equal to or less than the cost of rent.

Do I really need a Realtor when buying a home?

A Realtor has a fiduciary duty to their clients, which means they have the clients’ best interests first. This means that you have a representative who has been educated in the practices and processes of real estate looking out for you in your home purchase.
